With Dell Swarm, you could pay less than the best price offered on a similar system configuration on dell.com.my. And that’s for current models equipped with the latest Intel® processors. The final price though, strictly depends on you. For the more buyers there are when the Swarm ends, the less you pay!

After 15 buyers, there will be no more additional discounts. However, you can still join the Swarm as a buyer until the Swarm ends.

The Swarm ends when it reaches the time limit of 72 hours. To ensure that you enjoy the optimal discount, get as many other buyers as you can before the time is up!

You are able to buy one computer per Swarm.

If the Swarm has yet to reach the 72 hour limit, you can still get your friends to commit to buy to lower the price further. If 15 committed buyers have been reached but there is still some time left in the Swarm, your friends can still join as additional buyers and take advantage of the low price. However, they will not lower the price any further. Once the Swarm period ends and the final price is confirmed, all committed buyers will be contacted by email within 48 hours. Each email will contain a unique coupon and link from dell.com.my to customise their system to their liking.

When you click on the Buy button, you’re committing to buying the Dell computer at the current stated price. When other people join the Swarm after you and also commit to buy, the price drops even further. As a result, you all get to enjoy the new lower price. This happens until the Swarm period ends, at which point, the lowest price becomes the final price for all buyers.

By joining Dell Swarm, you are committing to buy the system at the specific price you selected, so you cannot opt out after you joined. However, rest assured that you could be paying a more favourable price than you would for a similar offer on dell.com.my. How much you save really depends on how many buyers there are at the end of the Swarm.

Yes, but it’ll take more than just one new follower. To be precise, with every four followers, the current price will drop by one price level.

You can choose to Follow a Swarm and get updates on its current price via email. Once it reaches the price you want, you can join the Swarm and hope it drops even lower before the Swarm period ends.

You simply Pledge to Buy at the price that you are willing to pay, and should the Swarm price drop to that level, you will automatically become a committed buyer and secure your purchase.

According to Facebook’s privacy policy, Facebook does not share any customer account information with us. Since notifications from Dell Swarm are communicated via email, you are therefore required to provide your email address so we can update you on all that’s happening at Dell Swarm Malaysia.

As each Pledge to Buy represents a would-be committed buyer at a lower price point, should the current price drop to a person's Pledge price, that person would automatically be converted into a committed buyer and the price drops downfurther to the next level. Should there be another person's Pledge price at this new price level, this automatic conversion of a Pledge to a committed buyer will occur again, further lowering the price. Therefore, if there are enough pledges in place, the price may drop drastically faster than you may have expected, until the final lowest price is met with 15 committed buyers.

Unfortunately you cannot change the Pledge price once it has been made. Therefore, please be certain before you Pledge to Buy as it will automatically turn into a commitment to buy if the Swarm price drops to your Pledge price.
